The Blue Heron cottage is located on a canal giving you complete lake access to the thirteen lakes in the Clermont Chain. Enjoy nightly firework display by Disney World from your private dock. Has access to washer, dryer, and covered BBQ picnic area. This cottage is pet-friendly ($75 non- refunable deposit required for pre-approved pets). Discounted monthly rates available. Smoking permitted outside of cabin only.
Cancellations - Full refund is given if you cancel with 10 days prior to day of arrival. If staying for 1 month or longer a 30 day cancellation is required.
Pets - The Blue Heron is our pet friendly cottage. All pets must be pre-approved by management. There is a cleaning fee of $75.per pet
Pontoon Boat Rental - $150 for a full day (8am-6pm) or $90 for ½ day (8am-1pm).
**Kayaks, paddle boats, floats, grills, washer/dryer and beach toys are all complimentary.**
Policies
Deposits - All cottages require a $250 fully refundable deposit (if no damage to cottage). Deposits will be refunded within 30 days departure.
